Ariane 543C was a proposed derivative of Ariane 5 studied in the mid 2010s by Astrium, with a focus on human-scale lunar and asteroid missions. Similar to the Jupiter-III concept, it would have added two entire EPC+EAP stacks in place of the standard EAP boosters (necessary because three EPCs alone don't have the thrust to lift off). An enlarged, dual-engine upper stage and 7ish meter diameter fairing were also planned. 543C would've placed up to 57 tons of payload in LEO, a range of other Ariane 5 variants and derivatives were proposed for smaller or larger payloads.
