Paint with pre-made full-colour assets, use the colour shader to change the colours of these assets where the primary channels are 'swapped' out for your own colour scheme!You can use this to make many backgrounds for games, it comes with a Pixel shader to emulate(without restrictions) C64/SMS and a few custom ones.

WINDOWS 64Bit only.Allow via Friewall / Antivirus in order to ensure files will save.
