DESCRIPTION

A high-fidelity 3D reconstruction of the human cerebral cortex and subcortical structures derived from self-donated MRI data, processed through FreeSurfer with full cortical surface extraction and subcortical segmentation. The model faithfully captures the natural complexity of cortical anatomy — including sulcal depth, gyral folding patterns, hemispheric asymmetry, cerebellar folia, and brainstem curvature — and is anatomically parcellated into 10 distinct parts using FreeSurfer's aparc.annot parcellation and aseg.mgz volumetric segmentation.
