This is a personal interpretation what it happens in europe. Russia shows itself as a threat over the whole region, not only Ukraine. Blue colored countries are representing the UE an NATO and their eyes watching to the other side away of the conflict, while the eyes of Ukraine and Rusia watch with fear and surprise what the russian military and goverment are doing. Rusia holds a sickle and a hammer and it seems like want to use against its victims, while its show his red colored back or base color tahts reveals its own ideologies and purposes that never lets away, and hide trough the years under the surface of the russian flag.

This conflict sparks the tuesday 2022-22-02 when Russia proclaim the independence of Donetsk and Luhansk that use to belong to Ukraine and was the excuse to ivade Ukraine territory and gives the names to this piece of expresion.
