The sizes of the OBJ & FBX are mis-represented, both are 119 MB. The OBJ loads as a single mesh so the textures can't be applied. The FBX loads into individual objects, but the textures have no correlation with the file names in the texture pack. Another example of somebody just "exporting" into another format without testing. Too big and too time-consuming to warrant guessing where every texture goes.
