1st with slice and the 2nd without slice.- NOTE that:
The terrain material won't load properly in the FBX files. so you will need to prepare a new material for the terrains. you can of course use the textures attached.

No GI used
No plugins used
Objects are grouped and layered for easier workflow.
Some models holds a Turbosmooth modifiers to enable easier lowpoly editing.
There is a 'slice + cap' modifier to turn on/off on the: power house model, water meshes, ground terrain models and the water pipes.
