Modular Industrial Pipes Asset PackA collection of stylized low-poly industrial pipe assets designed for game environments, industrial scenes, abandoned facilities, factories, workshops, underground areas and similar environments.
This pack contains a variety of pipes, connectors, fittings and industrial components with different shapes, sizes and material variations, allowing you to build modular pipe systems and add detail to your environments.
What's IncludedThis asset pack contains 80 unique modular models and approximately 370 texture variations, created with a strong focus on flexibility, modularity and environmental variation.
The collection includes a wide range of industrial pipe components, damaged variants, connections and additional environment props.
Straight PipesThe core of the pack consists of straight pipe sections with:
6 main variationsAdditional shorter versionsDamaged pipe variantsHeavily broken / destroyed variantsMultiple surface and color variationsThe main pipe collection includes 11 surface variations, including:

Additional Pipe ComponentsThe collection also includes various supporting components and details for building more complete industrial installations:

Material & Texture VariationsA major focus of the pack is surface variation and flexibility.
The main pipe components use 11 primary material/color variations, while the additional props contain their own sets of approximately 4–5 themed texture variations each, designed to visually fit the main pipe materials.
Across the complete collection, this results in approximately:
~370 texture variations
covering different combinations of:
Metal typesPainted surfacesOxidationRustDirtWearDamaged surfacesIndustrial color variations Modular DesignThe entire collection is designed around modularity and reusability.
The different pipe sections, bends, splitters, connectors, valves, holders and other components can be combined to create a large number of different industrial configurations without requiring completely unique models for every arrangement.
The combination of:
80 unique models + ~370 texture variations
allows the same basic components to be reused while still creating visually different pipe systems and industrial scenes.
The main purpose of this pack is maximum flexibility from a relatively compact collection of reusable assets.
Instead of providing only a few finished pipe models, the pack focuses on giving the user enough different components, shapes, damage states and surface variations to construct their own industrial pipe systems.
The assets can therefore be used individually as environmental props or combined into larger modular installations.
About The ProjectThis asset pack was created as part of my process of learning Blender, low-poly modeling, UV mapping, texturing and game-ready asset production.
It represents one of my first large-scale attempts at creating a complete reusable asset collection.
The project was created over an extended learning period, during which I experimented with different approaches to modeling, UV mapping, texture creation, materials and optimization.
Because of this, some parts of the pack may contain inconsistencies or limitations compared with assets produced using my future workflow.
Rather than treating this as a finished representation of my final production quality, I consider this pack a starting point for a larger asset library and an important stage in my learning process.
Important NoteThis is an early stylized low-poly asset pack.
Some assets may contain inconsistencies in:
TopologyUV layoutsTexture qualityMaterial definitionOptimizationScaleTechnical setupThe assets are provided as-is and are primarily intended as a collection of usable stylized environment assets.
Future projects will use a more refined and optimized workflow.
Long-Term GoalThe long-term goal is to develop a consistent library of stylized, optimized and modular game assets that can be used together across different environments.
The project will gradually evolve from this initial pipe collection into a broader library containing:
Small pipes (Current status)
Medium pipes
Large pipes
Grand Railway asset pack
In the interval between them I will work on small assets, furniture, tools, etc. It’s obvious that this is the same style
Project StatusThis pack is the first step of the collection, with future projects intended to progressively improve both the visual quality and technical workflow.
