It wasn't just beer, it was a ritual. A moment of connection, a sharing of news, a brief respite from the hustle and bustle of the day. Bottled beer was available, of course, too. Both in the grocery store and at the grocery store. But this... this was something entirely different. A bottle is commonplace, a habit. A barrel—an event! And those prices—22 kopecks for half a liter, 44 for a liter. Now it seems unthinkable, almost a fairy tale. But back then, it was reality, part of everyday life. Now, when you see those barrels in an old photograph or a movie, a slight nostalgia immediately washes over you. Not for the beer itself, although that, too, but for that time. For that simplicity, that sincerity, for those moments that seemed so ordinary, but now seem so special. It was the taste of the past, the taste of youth, the taste of an entire country. And this taste remained in my memory forever, just like those very barrels with the inscription “BEER”.The low-poly 3D model was created in Blender, with the optimal renderer being Cycles. It is detailed enough for close-up visualization. Detailed textures are included. Texture resolution is 4096x4096 (jpg).
