DESCRIPTION

Building a stylized haunted village is fun right up until you are modelling your seventh roof variation and questioning every decision that led you here.

This pack is the shortcut: a clean modular kitbash set built for fast layout, quick iteration, and easy variation. You can build anything from a single creepy corner (perfect for a hero shot) to a full street of crooked houses, alleys, and a slightly suspicious clock tower.

What you get

  • 75 unique assets (modular architecture + props + foliage).
  • 7 pre-built houses assembled from the modular kit (ideal as starter buildings).
  • 20 stylized materials with 2K textures throughout.
  • 18 seamless stylized materials (bricks, dirt, pavement, wood, stone, and more).
  • 2 sign materials (clock sign + end sign) built as non-seamless on purpose.
  • Stylized window-panel atlas for fast window variation.

Modular kit highlights

  • Rooftop variations (curved silhouettes, dormers, chimneys, and spires).
  • Wall variations (stone, brick, stone-brick) for mixing materials across buildings.
  • Doors + windows (including an atlas workflow for quick swaps).
  • Stair variants + plinth blocks for elevation changes and layered streets.
  • Bridge piece for instant “village meets river” composition.
  • Structural supports and connectors to keep kitbashing clean.
  • Fence sections + gates for blocking paths, graveyards, and little “do not go in there” moments.
  • Destroyed variants for abandoned, broken storytelling (and better silhouettes).

Graveyard + props

Need a side area that instantly sells the theme? Drop in the cemetery set, throw up a fence line, and you are done. You also get set-dressing props like shovels, pickaxes, grave dirt piles, plus classic clutter like barrels, crates, and sacks.

Foliage for the spooky read

The pack includes 3 “cookie tree” variants (gnarly, droopy silhouettes that frame streets and break up skylines).

Formats & texture resolution

  • Formats included: Blender, Unreal Engine 5, and GLB.
  • Texture resolution: 2K.

Technical notes

  • Vertex counts: ~42k verts for main assets, up to ~700k verts for trees.
  • LOD / collision: not included.
  • Pivots: centered and grounded where needed for easy placement.

If you are using UE5, you can generate simple collision per mesh (or per group) inside the editor depending on how you plan to use the set.

If you want stylized Halloween streets, storybook horror towns, spooky “safe houses”, or a full haunted village hub for a game level, this kit is designed to get you there fast—without sacrificing the handcrafted look.
