DESCRIPTION

This project is a mixed-use high-rise tower primarily designed for office use, fully conceived and 3D modeled by me at the age of 13.

The building reaches a height of 117 meters and consists of 38 floors, designed to function as a vertical business hub within a dense urban environment. The architectural concept focuses on compact massing, strong vertical expression, and a contemporary glass façade, suitable for corporate offices and mixed-use developments.

The lower levels are conceived to support complementary uses, while the tower above is dedicated to office spaces, making this project ideal for CBDs, financial districts, and large-scale urban proposals.
