This architectural 3D model represents a mixed-use high-rise complex composed of two contemporary towers connected by a shared podium. The project explores vertical urban density through a combination of residential, commercial, and mixed-use functions, creating a balanced and dynamic architectural composition.
The taller tower reaches a height of 107 meters and is conceived as the primary vertical landmark of the complex, while the smaller residential tower rises to 87 meters, offering a more intimate scale within the overall development. Both towers feature a modern glass façade framed by strong vertical elements, emphasizing height, rhythm, and skyline presence.
The podium integrates shared amenities and commercial spaces, activating the ground level and creating a clear transition between public and private uses. The design focuses on clean geometry, proportion, and contemporary materiality, making it suitable for dense urban environments and large-scale developments.
This project was originally designed when I was 14 years old as an early architectural exploration of mixed-use developments, high-rise massing, and urban-scale design using 3D modeling tools. It represents an important step in my architectural development and an early interest in complex, multi-program projects.
