A simple urban planning design, ideal for a provincial town's scale, with various functions. It includes: bus terminal, playgrounds, skatepark, basketball courts, outdoor gym, dog park and picnic area.It's easily adaptable and there are some custom-made assets that can be easily re-used for other projects (I recommend saving them as groups to your user library). You can also import it to Unreal Engine 4 with Datasmith for Twinmotion and Twinmotion content for Unreal (both provided by EPIC in the Unreal Marketplace for free).
