Single storey residental house 3D model

Full project of the single storey residental family house.

One living room with integrated space for the kitchen, walkaway, vestibule, passageway, boiler room, three bedrooms, bathroom, dressing room, large terrace.

Full project in Revit contains defined structural layers and preset materials (most from AEC library), defined light sources exterior and interior, any missing textures of defined materials in Revit can be exported from Blender file (they are packed into .blend file). Dimensions of the model are in metric [mm]. Model contain basic structure of the wooden roof truss.

Full project in Blender contain the same things as the Revit project including defined materials with textures, light sources (interior and exterior). Six diffrent scenes (cameras and lighting) have been already set for render. Model includes hdri lighting maps (day and night) for exterior renderings. Real life dimensions metric [mm].

Model can be used as a base for furniture and interior design as well as some exterior scenes. Interior is free for any kind of adaptation. Interior lighting, with basic lighting fixtures is defined in Revit project as well as Blender project. Floor plan is designed for single family with open daily living space and separated nightly part with bedrooms. Project contain some part of the site including plants and trees, fence, gate etc.

Model is made by a civil-engineer so generally,dimensions of the structural layers are properly defined although model shouldnt be used for any kind of live built before properly calculating structure with final defined/accepted materials and their cross-sections.
