You can add your own PBR textures for more realism. Comes with rigged proportion doll, lights, furniture, small kitchen, sockets, switches, book shelves. Roof tiles are mesh objects and not textures. Windows/doors are separate objects and can be removed and replaced. Scene uses HDRI as lighting (evening light). Use your own HDRI to create a different mood for the scene. Made with Blender 3.6 LTS. Cycles render. This is a big project scene and some exterior details are hidden (like grass) and only shows during render.
