The project combines traditional Eastern architectural elements with contemporary resort facilities, using dark tiled roofs, timber structures, stone retaining walls, extensive glazing, landscaped courtyards, and layered mountain vegetation to create a rich and immersive destination environment.
The main public areas include a commercial street, banquet hall, hotel lobby, outdoor leisure terraces, landscaped courtyards, and multiple outdoor swimming pools. The resort also features a collection of distinctive treehouse guest rooms, including elevated forest pods and large glazed cabin units positioned among the trees.
Rather than being a single architectural shell, this asset is a complete resort scene with detailed buildings, terrain, roads, stairs, retaining walls, pools, outdoor furniture, vegetation, and supporting landscape elements. It is suitable for architectural visualization, resort planning presentations, cinematic environments, virtual tourism, games, and other large-scale 3D scenes.
The original model was created in SketchUp and has also been exported to FBX and OBJ formats for use in other 3D software.
