“Hazelwood Loft” is a full pack that includes a photo-real and modern penthouse situated right in the middle of the city. This low-poly and high-end realistic package contains all the interior of the contemporary loft, all its items and the whole urban skyline surrounding it. The full pack includes: 


• More than 400 different assets.

• The whole loft with all its assets and the cityscape is below 115 000 triangles. 
- 175 textures in all including material, cubemaps, lightmaps and effects textures.

• A wide range of cubemaps used for the materials, including the day and night versions if the assets are to be used in a game engine.
- 2 different and full sets of baked lightmaps for the night and day versions if the assets are to be used in a game engine.

• Accurate and physical lighting was baked in linear space in “Mental ray” which is used in film and VFX production.

• All assets in the master scenes have their second set of UVs also manually unwrapped and laid out in 12 different UV packs for seamless lightmaps and optimal results.

• Key assets come with their high-res versions.
