This is a big Historical building of Istanbul Technical University.

This model can be used on your Urban Design projects or any Architectural projects to add some datails to surroundings.

Originally created with SketchUp 2021, rendered V-Ray 5 and saved as also SketchUp 2016.

Model is included in 5 file formats. (SKP, FBX, OBJ, MAX, BLEND)

Blender file created with SketchUp importer add-on in Blender and used Decimate Modifier to get clean topology.

First five renders from Blender Cycles other six renders from SketchUp Vray.

OBJ file Created from Blender 3.0 MAX files created with OBJ (Exported from Blender) FBX exported from 3D's Max 2019.

FBX and OBJ tested on Twinmotion.

Model has no textures, Glass material and color maps.(Doors, Window Frames and Building Maps) BLENDER and SKETCHUP only. FBX, OBJ and MAX Files are as a single objetc file. (Blender did not made proper file with layers so i made a single object then exported.
