-Materials are CMU, Eifs, Concrete, Metals, Roofing. (Eifs color can be changed to any color in diffuse slot) Brick is main material over a Split Face Stone base. Eifs on front facade with a Wood Panel Finish. Brick Piers with Eifs infill . Coping Colors can also be easily changed out.

Modeled in 3ds Max, Rendered using Vray and HDRI sky. HDRI map NOT included.

-Model has recessed Loading Dock modeled for deliveries with Service entry, depressed by about 4'-0' with a drain at the bottom with loading rolling door and a compactor access door (compactor not included)
