Building has corrugated metal panel on sides wrapping to rear wall with metal panel canopy and metal panel piers and facade with signage on it, eifs on the sides of metal panel around signage with Split Face CMU walls.-Materials are CMU Blocks, EIFS, Concrete, Metals, Corrugated Metal Panel, Metal Panel, Roofing-Color of Corrugated Metal Panel, Canopy, CMU,light fixture, Eifs can easily be changed to any color.

Modeled in 3ds Max, Rendered using Vray and HDRI sky. HDRI map NOT included.-Model has recessed Loading Dock modeled in rear for deliveries-Signage included and can easily be changed to any store name, 3ds Max Text used to make signage and any name can be typed in.-Light Fixture included-All textures included in Zip file, Textures will have to be relinked from folder. -Model objects all grouped into 1 group for easy scene movement -Model set to 0,0,0 axis -Interior NOT modeled-Please note model was made in 3ds Max and other provided formats have not been tested in other software and may need modifications, buyer is responsible for corrections into other software, reach out for assistance as required.-FBX file has 3ds Max Shell Modifier added to some polygons objects to give it thickness for Unity Import.
