DESCRIPTION

ZENTRA is a complete modern service station, built to real-world metric scale, with a fully modelled shop interior, six twin-sided fuel dispensers and an EV fast-charge bay. Everything in the renders is in the file - there is no backdrop and no matte painting.

The scene is built for close-ups. Every architectural surface carries a full PBR set: a base colour map with ambient occlusion baked in, a roughness map and a tangent-space normal map. The asphalt has two grades of aggregate, tyre-polished lanes and oil bloom. The poured concrete fuelling pad has air voids, broom marks and saw-cut control joints. The cladding panels each carry their own tone and sheen with grime tracking inboard from the joints. The brushed aluminium has a directional grain in both colour and roughness. UVs are world-scale box projection - one metre of surface to one UV unit - so the maps tile seamlessly and you can rescale or extend any part of the building without the texture density drifting.

WHAT IS MODELLED

Main canopy 15.0 x 8.4 m on two tapered blade pylons, with a perforated metal soffit, recessed downlights, an LED reveal line around the fascia, illuminated lettering and a rooftop solar array.

Two fuel islands carrying six twin-sided dispensers - twelve fuelling positions. Each has a dark glass face, an edge-lit display, a 12-key pad, card reader, receipt slot, vented lower cabinet, colour-coded grade chips, two holstered nozzles and a hose hanging on a real catenary curve.

Shop building with a full interior: polished porcelain floor, recessed ceiling light lines, glazed shopfront with automatic sliding doors, a six-door lit and stocked cooler bank, a sales counter with POS terminal and card reader, a three-machine self-serve coffee counter, two stocked double-sided gondolas and a stocked wall run.

EV fast-charge bay under its own canopy with two twin-cable chargers, painted stalls and wheel stops.

A 7 m twin-sided price totem with fuel prices and an EV panel.

Forecourt: asphalt drive with painted lane markings and directional arrows, concrete fuelling pad with saw-cut joints, slot drain, tank fill points, vent stack, covered walkway to the shop, air and water tower, vacuum island, switchgear cabinet, bins, bollards, CCTV, planted verges and site light poles.

ENGINE NOTESImport at 1.0 scale if your engine works in metres; x100 for Unreal centimetres. The .gltf and .obj reference their maps by bare filename, so unzip the textures archive into the same folder before importing those two - the .glb needs nothing. The ground slab, planting, site poles and totem are separate objects and can be deleted if you are dropping the station into an existing environment. No LODs and no collision meshes are included.

ZENTRA is a fictional brand created for this model. There are no real trademarks anywhere in the scene, so it is safe for commercial work, and the lettering is separate geometry if you want to re-brand it.
