Done precisely with the size of 40x40mm, all dimensions are correct. Orange frame included (separated in original Blend file TR4-3990X-separated)
Pins and the chip use simple colors and materials. The top of the CPU uses 1 texture for height, color, roughness. The height/bump map of the cpu is created with Voronoi texture. All the materials are easily adjustable and usable in Blender
A high poly count is due to the number of pins at the bottom of the CPU.
