Peter Quill (best known by his alias Star-Lord) is the charismatic, music-loving leader of the Guardians of the Galaxy. Abducted from Missouri by alien space pirates as a child, he navigates the cosmos with a mix of cunning, charm, and a legendary, retro cassette mixtape.Quill is initially depicted as a member of the mercenary group called the Ravagers who was abducted from Earth as a child by Yondu Udonta after his mother died.
