A MESS. Holes everywhere ,terrible mesh & smooth

The geometry is not clean , mesh was imported directly into Zbrush and there was holes everywhere.. a real mess.... basically there are Ngons on the front of the cap top and bottom.. who leaves Ngon on a mesh unless they are beginners?
