Hi, try to click the right button of your mouse on Blend1 file and choose "open with" and you need to select blender. That should work. Blend1 format is for packing textures as well.

Description
You will find the blender and marvelous designer files with all textures and uvs, also character is rigged with mixamo + face rig, its is already animated like in youtube video where you can see the clothes simulation of the character in action (splitting wood) . If you will use the simulation of clothes in marvelous designer make sure you're exporting in alembic ogawa format. Also you have grass animation, fire place with pot and wood splitting animation. Marvelous designer file 1.66 gb, because i left my characters alembic simulation, this is how you can si or remake in your own way.
