The midsize Jeep SUV is back, now with recognizable classic design cues. Jeep is bringing back the Cherokee name, and doing so in the spirit of the times.At first glance, dramatic changes to the exterior are noticeable: the rounded silhouette has been replaced by clean lines, an angular front end, and a sloping rear end, reminiscent of a smaller Grand Cherokee.The Cherokee's appearance is infused with the brand's pure DNA: a wide, vertical seven-slot grille, distinct ribs replacing the previous smooth lines, and a distinctive glass line with a small shelf in the C-pillar area.
