This countryside project involved designing a modern two-storey 350sq.m (11.5mX13m) summer house with an attic and garage. The 4-bedroom residence was created with a contemporary approach, featuring a striking A-frame attic facade that blends comfort, functionality, and modern aesthetics. The Sketchup model includes basic interior such as partitions and furniture blocks. This project was rendered in Lumion 12 (not 11, Lumion file can be downloaded), with all textures sourced from Lumion's free library. The scene is optimized for high-quality visualizations while maintaining an efficient workflow.
