DESCRIPTION

Abandoned building modular kit created using Blender, Substance Painter and Quixel Mixer. This kit was made with game engines in mind, so it's fairly low-poly with exceptions where more polygons are needed for displacement maps. Although it's created for game engines, it can be used in variety of projects, such as: visualisations, backgrounds, photobashing, concept art and many more. It can also be used for animations or movies, but some more tweaking will be required to get the more realistic look.

This pack consists on 79 unique meshes, all organised in appropriate collections for easier scene management. Some objects, like storefronts or doors come with multiple color textures so you can easily achieve more variations of the same mesh.

All textures included are with PBR workflow in mind. Texture sizes vary, depending on screen space an object occupies and they come in range from 4K for larger, more important pieces to 1k for smaller objects. Displacement textures are included for walls, if you wish to add more depth to bricks, and also for foliage to create more organic shapes. Brick wall textures have three versions (normal, weathered and mossy), and meshes have a vertex paint material set up (in Blender only) for you to easily paint your own variation of damages and details.

In the YouTube preview you can see how one building ends up looking using this kit. Assembled building is not included in this pack, but can be purchased separately if you wish to quickly use premade building instead of building your own.

More types of buildings and modular kits will be added in the future as separate packs, so if you're looking for a complete collection of abandoned buldings, be sure to keep an eye out for more uploads coming your way.If you need any help using this pack, or would like to make some custom changes, feel free to contact me anytime, I'll do my best to respond as soon as I can.

Thank you for your purchase.
