JAPANESE TEMPLE---AKATSUKI TEMPLE---Japanese temple architecture is also unique. Temples are mainly made out of wood that is used and manipulated in various ways. Other materials used are stone and roofing tiles. The Japanese temples have two gates in front of them with prominent halls that store statues and artwork and are also used for worship.
