HOT DIP GALVANIZING FACTORY PROCESS
Hot-Dip Galvanizing Plant; This is a method of coating steel products with zinc to protect them from corrosion. In this 3D model, detailed models and animations have been prepared to illustrate the working principle of the Hot-Dip Galvanizing Plant.
The series of processes, which includes transferring rusty steel products to the transfer car, then to the acid bath, followed by degreasing, acid treatment, rinsing, the flux bath, and then drying, before the zinc coating process, and finally leaving the coated products to cool, has been fully detailed in this 3D model.
The animation was created in the timeline editor with 86,000 frames.No rig was used in the 3D model animation.The animation shows the flow of 7 different steel manufacturing products within the factory.PBR shading was not used in 3D modeling.
All models are 1/1 real world scale.

Animation has not been added to exported formats. There is no animation in formats other than Blender.
Animation can be added to fbx-obj formats upon request after purchase.
