Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to open the model in a cad program... on the one hand, that's a great deal for the price and, on the other hand, pretty outrageous!

Couldn't use it in any way. I can open it with 3ds max but yet not edit it easily.
But the weird thing is I couldn't open the fbx file, or use any dxf file I would save...
