This 3d model was modeled with accurate size and is very detailed using google images of tokyo street to get as accurate as possible with the models made and placed. This model includes the blend file with packed textures and the fbx file with packed textures. This 3D model costs 5 dollars. Good for the price! Trees look a little funky by default in unity but with some tweaks in the shading it comes out okay. By moving things around it's easy to make a neat neighborhood and there are some good low-poly prefabs in the scene for background and detail elements.
