I got your model and imported it via FBX and 3DS into 3DS Max 9 and 2009 and I cannot see any animation, just the propeller rotates a bit

Detail is good.
The rating system should be better, not just white or black. There should be more in-between. In a 1 to 5 star rating, I would give this model a 4
