I had a TERRIBLE experience with this seller. The models they are selling were completely mismatched and many of the buildings textures were missing. I am pretty sure this seller did not model them because when I requested the textures in late November, they said they would have to fix them themselves. To be fair, the seller did try to fix some of the broken models' textures (though they didn't match the photos). I provided immediate, thorough feedback on all of the models that the seller did fix and eventually the excuses started on why the seller couldn't finish fixing the files. This dragged on for MONTHS. The seller promised me several times they would be fixed and they weren't. Now, five months later, the seller is ignoring my messages. I purchased these models and expected them to look like what is being advertised on the web site...or at least have SOME functional textures. Very unprofessional and dishonest seller.
