The model(s) are very nice. One complaint I have is that most of the geometry for a specific building is welded together (ie. window frames to the building) which makes it incredible difficult to separate elements so I can add different material. I spent a good hour on one building, and it was an easy one. I got a long way to go. I see there are uvs on the building but they are overlapping and hard to use to separate elements. Otherwise, they look really good.

Simply amazing. The amount of detail here is great and it really is VR-ready. You can tell that a lot of care has been put into optimizing this for VR and mobile use. Creator/Seller is a really nice guy as well!
