This set includes 4 different books (4 meshes and 1 material).

Bought another set from this creator and they were fantastic, so I had to get more :)

Great assets. The only issue is that the Max scene has outdated mesh UVs for the edges of the book covers, but the FBX meshes are fine. Good texture work and nice attention to detail.
