Customer Success Team Lead
CGTrader is going through a period of rapid growth and expansion, and we are looking for a capable Customer Success Team Lead to join us and provide a leading role in our Customer Success (Support) team to ensure continued excellence in solving any issues that our users face. You would be joining a hustling and bustling company at a moment when growth is really picking up, and situations develop quickly. You would be the point of communication for our users, ensuring that queries are resolved in a timely, professional manner, as well as developing the team of Customer Success specialists and working on strategic improvements to the whole Customer Success operation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Customer Success team - provide advice and training, be their point of contact for various questions
- 1 to 2 years of team leading experience in customer success
- Be the mediator in challenging situations between our clients
- Contribute to the financial growth of the company by upselling and helping our customers to succeed
- Contribute to the constant platform and UI/UX improvements
- Improve and moderate the fascinating base of our models from fraud, thefts or violence
- Develop the Customer Success department strategically with fresh ideas on how to improve
- Take care of some of our support tickets as well
Who you are
- You are a people person, who likes to communicate and solve problems
- You are diplomatic, and tactful in dealing with diverse people
- You are fluent in business English
- You have some experience in leading a team and developing them
- You have an eye for details and love to put the dots on “i”
- You are solution-oriented and are not afraid to make decisions
- You can multitask and handle a diverse environment
- You already have experience in working with clients
- You might have already worked in e-commerce and understand the fast-paced nature of the business
- You have interest in 3D and computer graphics and are eager to dig into technical details of that (having prior knowledge is a huge plus, but not necessary)
- You are a Team Lead that is looking for further growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment, not afraid to come up with new ideas and take on the responsibility
