Customer Success Specialist - Internship
We are CGTrader, the world’s largest 3D model marketplace, and we’re seeking a proactive and curious Customer Success Intern. This 30-hour-per-week remote role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working independently, while also staying alert to platform quality, user safety, and potential fraud.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in moderating user-generated content on our platform to ensure compliance with our community guidelines.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure our products and services meet our clients’ expectations.
- Monitor and report on potentially fraudulent activities on our platform.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance our customers' experience.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 30 hours/week (3 months).
- Have a good command of English.
- You have a keen interest in 3D modelling and computer graphics.
- Have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and do not be afraid to take the initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
