Customer Success Specialist - evening & weekend shift 0.75

We are looking for a motivated problem solver who is energized by endless communications and keep positive even when challenges arise. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the face and the voice of CGTrader solving our clients’ and designers’ problems. We are looking for someone to help out our customers during the evenings & weekends 0.75 of a full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Be the hero of the day for our clients while educating and supporting them on how to utilize our platform in the best possible way
  • Be the mediator in challenging situations between our clients
  • Contribute to the financial growth of the company by upselling and helping our customers to succeed
  • Contribute to the constant platform and UI/UX improvements
  • Improve and moderate the fascinating base of our models from fraud, thefts or violence
  • Take care of our support tickets at evenings and weekends

Who you are

  • You are an evening owl, who is the most alert in the evenings and weekends
  • You are fluent in business English
  • You enjoy being a part of a team and teamwork
  • You have an eye for details and love to put the dots on “i”
  • You are solution-oriented and are not afraid to make decisions
  • You can multitask and live up to a diverse environment
  • You already have experience in working with clients
  • You might have already worked in e-commerce and understand the fast-paced nature of the business
  • You have interest in 3D and computer graphics and are eager to dig into technical details of that (having prior knowledge is a huge plus, but not necessary)
  • You are a recent university/college graduate eager to kickstart your work career, or a motivated last year student looking for opportunities with flexible working hours
