Textures are not included as separate files and the other formats do not contain UVs. So to use these outside of blender you must extract the textures from the .blend file, and re-export to the format you need in order to have UVs. These should be advertised as blender only as the other formats are basically useless and transferring these models to a different software must be done starting from the .blend file completely manually costing a lot of time.
