The Creality K1 Nozzle Cleaner Tool is designed to keep your nozzle pristine, ensuring that your heat block stays clean and your extrusions remain consistent.

IMPORTANT: Material Requirement

-Because this tool is designed to work in close proximity to the Heated Bed (which can reach 100°C+) and the Hot Nozzle, it MUST be printed in high-temperature resistant materials.-DO NOT USE PLA: It will warp or melt due to the radiant heat from the bed and enclosure.-RECOMMENDED: ABS, ASA, PC (Polycarbonate), or PA (Nylon). These materials ensure the tool remains rigid and functional even during deep cleaning cycles at high temperatures.

Recommended Print Settings

Material: ABS or ASA (Best balance of heat resistance and ease of print).

Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.2mm.

Infill: 40% (Grid or Gyroid) for structural integrity.

Walls: 4 for maximum durability.

Enclosure: Recommended during printing to prevent warping of the tool itself.
