I originally designed this stand specifically for my own LG 24MK BK monitor, and it worked really well from the start — solid, stable, and comfortable to use in a vertical setup. After that, I tested it with a few other monitors of similar design and different screen sizes, and it also performed well.

Stability mainly depends on where the monitor’s center of gravity is, as well as its overall weight. Another thing to keep in mind is the side thickness of the monitor — very thick housings might not fit into the stand properly.In everyday use, the stand sits on the same desk as my 3D printer, and even with the printer running and my cats jumping onto the desk, it stays stable and in place.
