I've remixed Makerbots headphone stand so that it not only holds your phone, but you can (optionally) also mount an emblem/crest on top of it. You have to print both halves, aswell as 3 connector pins. They should fit tightly enough so you don't have to use glue.

There's a version with and without pins. The version with pins allows you to add an emblem or crest on top of the stand. I've made a couple of different ones from games and stuff.
