DESCRIPTION

This model tool was made through Fusion360 and can be directly 3D printed. I used ABS material to test the printing successfully. See the screenshot for details (it was my first time to use ABS to print. I did not add a constant temperature cover when printing. The effect was not perfect and there was obvious shrinkage. and holes, printing drawings should be no problem). A tool holder is also provided for easy storage. The main body of the tool is 77mm long and 10mm wide. It supports sandpaper strips up to 10mm wide, and the strips require approximately 185mm in length for fixation. Fusion360 project files are provided, which can be processed and modified by yourself. The output also provides stl and blender version files.The printed drawings do not include fixing screws. I used a hand-tightened metal screw solution. The model is M3*10 butterfly handle hand-tightened screws + M3 nuts.

ABS printing test found that the bracket was a little soft and unstable, so the structure of the bracket was updated and a stabilizing structure was added to make it stronger and more stable, including F3d and stl files.You can get more information from the preview pic.If any question please write to me.
