Open source door opener that hopefully helps avoid further passing of coronavirus COVID-19 by not directly touching public doors or buttons on ATM, elevators, etc. There are no sharp edges so it will not scratch the things you touch with it. It can be used as a keychain.The door opener must be carefully cleaned and disinfected after each use.

The design has been created with the free and open source tool OpenSCAD. It is available for 3D printing (STL file) or laser cutting (SVG and PDF files are provided). The 3D model is available for left and right hand. It is suitable even for low-cost 3D printers. Printing requires approximately 6gr or plastic and takes less than an hour (30 min on better printers).

Desperate measures like this for preventing coronavirus COVID-19 make some sense nowadays due to the lack of large quantities of disposable gloves and disinfection gels. Otherwise in 99+% of the time such a door opener is totally useless. Clean the door opener after each use and wash your hands.
