Agree, the .mtl file is useless. False advertising or I am just too cheap to pay the designer for something I can use.

No idea if it is the artist or the site or what but there appears to be ONLY the mtl file and not the OBJ file to go with it. I myself am in need of the obj file and not the mtl file as I need to print about 200 of these things.
