Print Settings & Tips

• Printer Type: Highly optimized for both FDM and Resin (SLA) 3D printers.

• Layer Height: 0.12mm to 0.16mm for FDM prints to cleanly capture the intricate hollow cutouts; 0.05mm for Resin.

• Infill: 10% to 15% Lightning or Gyroid. Keep the main interior cavity completely hollow so the light source can cleanly project the shadow shapes without obstruction.

• Supports: Organic/Tree supports are strongly recommended for the top spikes, eye sockets, and upper jaw overhangs. Be sure to block supports inside the central lighting core!

• Materials: Matte black PLA, PETG, or dark grey resin creates the absolute best light-blocking contrast for the glowing internal lamp.

• Lighting Fit: The base is perfectly scaled to fit standard 1.5-inch flameless electric tea lights or small LED pucks. Safety Warning: Only use LED lights. Do not use real open-flame candles with 3D printed plastics!
