Summary

This is a modified version of the chocolate mold made by 2ROBOTGUY to use less plastic. This version takes half the time to print. This version also allows you to remove the mold pieces diagonally.

Instructions

Print both sides as well as the mold clip. Brush the surface of the mold with Acetone ABS mixture to create a smooth crevice free surface. Temper your chocolate. Assemble mold by sliding the pieces into the mold clip to hold the tops together, then use a rubber band to hold the bottom of the mold together. Fill will chocolate, let cool then carefully remove the mold pieces by pulling on then diagonally. Gently tapping the mold helps to bust to release. When printed as scaled for the TOM the finished bust weighed 104 grams.
