DESCRIPTION

Summary

A Buddy that pairs with your Dane-Elec ShareBytes Skeleton USB

Warning!
These were designed for use with a printer that can handle support material!

Purpose

This skeleton was modeled in Rhino such that it pairs with a USB stick. The model was created to correct a design flaw in the original USB stick.

The Flaw: The USB protects the interface head by having it slide back into the skeleton-shaped casing, however when attempting to place the head into a computer port, it would often slide back into the casing instead.

The Solution: The protrusion on the Rhino model inserts into the hole left by the USB sliding out, forcing the head to remain extended.

Instructions

Simply print out with a printer that does support material well. I printed mine on an Objet 3D Printer.

Note: They have not been tested on a FFF printer and might do fine
