This is a karambit looking handle, with a squishy part and and a spinner part, excess parts you'll need is a few M3 nuts and bolts, three springs of 6mm diameter and 10mm length plus a bearing with a 27MM outer diameter, and a height of 4mm, i went with an inside diameter of 20MM, but you can choose whatever you want. the models are made to be printed as is, with some support, i recommend tree support outside of the print.
