Cook as a tea replacement, hence the common name of Tea Tree, quite misleading, since this species has nothing to do with the real tea plant (Camellia sinensis). It likes humid soils and can survive temporary waterlogged conditions. It is commercially important for the production of an essential oil with anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. Height : up to 10 m (commonly around 6 m). Origin : Western Australia.

Sorry, we have no idea for that. Try to use other exchange formats as OBJ, Collada or FBX, it should be better. To get textures, you need to export the SKP file to a Collada with SketchUp Make (free software).
